so because gerald has been so wonderful to me and ALSO because i have been ordered to proclaim his goodness, here goes my sunday story!

got upset that he got me a weird looking jacket which i def. would NOT wear. secretly expected better presents because i am a spoilt brat. and also because i am a much better present giver to him than he is to me. therefore, higher expectation. by the way, he got me a spongebob soft toy, a lost t-shirt and a jacket.

but ANYWAY, so we went for coca steamboat buffet. buffet = very good. sigh...

then we went gaigai-ing where i ogled at bags and jackets and rubbed it into his face that i didn't like the jacket he bought me. hmmm ._.

went off to tai tai land (paragon) cause he PRETENDED to bring me to go see ms selfridge.. but i ended up at downtown espirit having a 1 hour hot stone massage. woahhhhhhhhhh. i felt all the knots DISAPPEAR. just MELT away. sighhhhh.

he had previously pretended to bring me to go sit the DHL hot air balloon as my birthday surprise. but my goodness.. this spa surprise was just heavenly. sighhhhhhhh.

due to a change of plans after that, we ended up at cathay to change my jacket. changed it to this black and gold one which i REALLY like.

since it cost quite a bit, we managed to get FIVE vouchers from this luck draw (FIRST draw). jap rest $5, adidas golf $50, buttcheeks $20, woodwould $5, strip $20! so off we went to spend the first three vouchers.

then we accumulated the receipts again to get TWO vouchers (SECOND draw)! indulge $10, to-a-tee $20. off we went to try and spend the latter voucher but we didn't in the end..

BUT we ended up with ANOTHER receipt. so we got ONE more voucher (THIRD draw). newurbanmale $20.

woah. i think all the vouchers more than cover the cost of the jacket. my goodness! good luck on my birthday!

the lady at the redemption counter like recognised us after awhile and it was quite hilarious bribing her to give us the voucher we wanted. hahah.

so yes. end of the day, moral of the story, gerald is the best.

had a dream of this guy who is my 'dream' boyfriend, buying me 5 bags and 5 pairs of shoes for my birthday. the bags and shoes were gorgeous. there was a pink chanel 2.55, a brown chloe edith, a green work balenciaga, a red bulga and one of the coach bags. this is the product of your brain when it is overworked. sighhhhhh. the shoes.. ok those i can't remember that well. but i was really quite sad when i woke up. ok i know i am very shallow!

anyway i'm happy cel and jon dropped by with darius :)

A Hard Night

it's been a sad day.

i stood with my friend at the deck of vivo at looked out at the night sky.
she allowed herself one tissue (and we only had one to begin with) over him before looking out to the sea and letting it all go.

we walked around aimlessly looking at shops for awhile more before cabbing back. she said walking around in public forced her not to cry as she wanted to maintain her 'face'. oh girl you are so stubborn.

but still, i'm proud of you. i'll always love you and protect you like how i know you would for me. do not be sad my dear friend. it may be raining, but there's a rainbow above you.

5. studied with ying today at HSSML. we haven't spent time properly in ages.
6. i am going to shop somemore!

The Good & The Bad

The Good:

1) LOST IS BACK! S3E1 A Tale of Two Cities = THE BEST BEGINNING EVER. JJ Abrams = GENIUS. UTTER GENIUS! I WANT HIS BRAIN. GIVE IT TO ME! i am BEYOND hyped up.

2) gerald who did something stupid (next monday) bought me a cup to make me happy! sushi cup! ok besides buying me off, he has also surprised me at school and been my full time chauffeur.

3) my birthday present has arrived! yay yay yay. happy birthday to me! ok so i faced a minor setback.. freaking LOOP NYC WHICH IS SUPER EXPENSIVE use LOW QUALITY ZIPS that cannot unzip properly. therefore amanda the handywoman transforms and fixes it with the help of a metal plug! i love my banana.

4) have successfully closed two of my auctions! less than $30 richer, but STILL richer. just need to send them out!

5) jon treated me to sushi although not sushi tei and gave me a part of his uniform (don't know what the part is called) to show how important a friend i am to him!

6) taught the cutest boy called julian at heartfriends today. naughty, but seriously a handsome charmer. these kids climb all over once they warm up to you man.

7) sgspree is good for the soul.

i feel like i am doing english hw cause of the highlighting of topic sentences. heh.

The Bad:

1) econs meeting at SMU tmrw. no you are not dumb. no you are not blind. yes it is SMU and not NUS. plus i am presenting a question which means business suit. sigh. ._.

2) FNA test on sat. studyyyyyyyyy!

3) MNO meeting on wed after BSP make up tut. sigh. self explanatory. why didn't i take this next sem? next sem no video -> much easier.

4) SS outline due this sunday! wth. i know crap about SS.

5) pub stunt iron ons didn't work out. plus i spent quite a sum buying those papers.

ok i shall not type anymore bad things!

can't recall the number of 4am chats i have had with kaihui this sem man. like way too frequent. i think my dg thought i was NUTS when i said i slept at 4.
